Just a quick reminder of some things that don’t define you or your value as a human being:

 

~ Your weight!!

~ Your pants size

~ What you ate last night at 10:43pm

~ Your ability to stick to a workout routine or nutrition plan on your own

~ Your ability to stay up to speed on all the health recommendations

~ How quickly your body responds to lifestyle changes

~ Your ability to prioritize everything all at once

 

You feel like you’re juggling everything because you are!

 

Don’t add a totally unnecessary layer of awfulness by beating yourself up about not being perfect.

 

I’ll say what I always say: Just do the best you can as often as you can. 

 

And give yourself a freaking break when your best looks different from someone else’s.
