This is physician-led coaching grounded in science and data, not trends. Programs are individualized based on your body, health history, goals, and response over time, with an emphasis on strength, balanced nutrition, and long-term health rather than short-term fixes. 

I’m currently taking a GLP-1 medication. Can I still work with you?

Absolutely. For individuals using GLP-1 medications, preserving muscle while losing weight is essential. Coaching focuses on strength training, adequate protein, and lifestyle strategies that support fat loss while protecting lean tissue and long-term metabolic health.

Is your coaching HSA/FSA eligible?

Our coaching services may be eligible for HSA or FSA reimbursement, depending on your plan. We recommend checking directly with your provider to confirm coverage.

Is coaching done in person or online?

All coaching is done fully online, allowing for flexibility while still providing a high level of personalized support and oversight.

Do I need to have prior experience with strength training?
