I’ve known Dr. Felber since we attended medical school together. She went on to become a skilled emergency physician beloved by her trainees. I know this because her trainees rotate with me and sing her praises. I couldn’t imagine a better person to work with as a weight loss and strength coach, she’s truly passionate about fitness and preventive health. What I admire most about her is how she zeroes in on strength training and metabolic health as key pillars of well-being. Not many doctors get it the way she does; she’s all about building resilience and keeping people out of the doctor’s office in the first place. Her approach is practical, no-nonsense, and rooted in real science. If you’re working with Dr. Felber, you’re getting someone who knows the body inside out.
