“It will be hard to write this without getting emotional! As an obese 38 year old woman who has had countless medical complications, “hopeless” was an understatement about how I felt when it came to getting healthy and losing weight. Though no one ever believed me because I never successfully lost any weight – I was ALWAYS trying. It was so defeating to feel like everyone thought I was just lazy.
Rachel has all of the qualities that would attract you to any weight loss “scheme” – she’s energetic, incredibly fit, and shows how she herself has lost her own baby weight… The difference here is that this isn’t a scheme. Having someone who was an ER DOCTOR (!!!) instead of someone who just did a $500 certification program out of high school is the difference!! You can really trust her knowledge and know that she has you HEALTH in mind.
She’s been holding my hand through this entire experience and I already lost 11lbs in a short time. I was diagnosed with binge disorder and instead of making me feel like I was gross and weak, she gave me tools to help myself reframe my mindset around food. She was never judgemental and never berates you to be 100% perfect all the time. She is very realistic about the goals she sets for you and devotes SO MUCH TIME to constantly adjusting your needs based on your personal experience.

“I am a 59 year old woman and have been working with Rachel for a few months now, and I feel stronger and more fit than I have in years. I am in this for the long haul—been learning how to make better choices, and getting personalized guidance and caring encouragement every step of the way. Exercises and nutritional goals are chosen and constantly adjusted by Rachel to fit my exact needs, taking into account my personal challenges and physical history and abilities. I was overweight and depressed, and hating my body and how it looked in anything I wore. “Dr. Rachel Felber has truly changed my life. I’m a 54-year-old menopausal woman who struggled with my weight for years. I had gained and lost weight multiple times, and eventually gained 75 pounds back. I felt miserable in my body and no matter what I tried, I could not get the weight off. I was on Ozempic/Mounjaro for about 2.5 years and didn’t lose a single pound. I was discouraged and felt stuck. Rachel taught me how to eat better in a realistic, sustainable way and encouraged me to start lifting weights — something I had never done in my life until six months ago. “Working with Dr. Felber is exactly what I needed to jump start not only my fitness journey, but begin a new lifestyle journey. Her program is a great starter program for people who feel embarrassed, intimidated, or scared by the idea of going to the gym or with the concept of working out. It is also great for people like me who struggle to lose weight or even inches. I didn’t lose much weight but I did lose inches, enough to fit into all my old jeans. This program also taught me how to eat better by making better choices in food options, and taught me that with time and patience, I can feel stronger and better about myself. “I HIGHLY recommend Rachel Felber as a trainer and general wellness coach! I am a 59 year old woman who recently had to give up running due to excessive cartilage loss in my left knee. I was feeling really down and was worried about my future health and psychological well-being (yes, I definitely used running as a meditation and therapy!).
